The Lakker Kft. has started a development with an aim of processing the wooden waste for energetic purposes anywhere it occurs. The wooden waste as a base material can occur in forestry, wood-mills or in the wooden industry. The final product is a wood-briquette that can be economically stored or transported to the place of sale.
The market research and studies came with a result that there is an abundance of energetic base material, a significant part of which gets wasted in the forests and in the wooden industry. Besides, the industrial wood waste pollutes the environment.
The utilization and distribution of firewood and wood chops is solved (the pupulation, industry, power plants, etc.), but transforming the wood waste into energy resource that can be exploited economically, is a subject of further development.

The wood waste processing installation that is under development, is a mobile factory, that can make briquette from any kind of wood waste on the spot, regardless of its moisture content (just like 50%). The briquette than can be transported or stored economically.
The solution is patentable. Presumably, there will be more patents occurring during the development.

We are seeking for partners, users, investors for the development as well as for the series production. The result of development is an installation that can be manufactured in series and sold, approx. 10-30 pcs yearly.
The users can be forestry and wood industry companies, as well as enterprises dealing with energy plantation, energetics.

The detailed preliminary calculation of mobile briquetting machine is ready. According to the everyday practice, it is quite simple to assemble a new installation using some existing units and parts, and to syncronize its functioning (technology transfer).

However, the invented mobile briquetting machine is a completely new installation, and it is already known that the existing machines or parts cannot be installed in their present form. In the best case, only a couple of their parts/units can be used, or it is necessary to design/make totally new ones, in order to improve efficiency and in order of better exploitation of space. The connecting elements are of unknown design, and the control is also totally new. This is the reason it is impossible to make a calculation more detailed than the present one.

The performance-efficiency-payoff can be forecasted after the first period of development, only.

The mobile briquetting machine seems to have one more advantage. At present, the plantations of energy crops are situated close to their consuption (power plants), as the transport of raw material is not economical over certain distances (50km). It is a large investment for a plantation to establish a stationary briquetting unit and its utilization is only seasonal. The mobile briquetting machine can cause a spead of small or medium size plantations of energy crops.

Die Lakker GmbH hat eine Entwicklung für die Lösung dieses Problem gemeinsam begonnen, deren Ziel die Verarbeitung der irgendwo entstehenden Holzbeiprodukte für energetische Zwecke ist. Die Holzbeiprodukte können von Forstwesen, Sägebetrieben und Holzindustrie entstammen. Das Endprodukt ist ein Pressholz, die wirtschaftlich lieferbar an Ort und Stelle der Verwertung und lagerfähig ist.

Aufgrund der bisherige Marktforschungen und Untersuchungen schließen wir, dass die energetische Rohmaterialen reichlich verfügbar sind, deren erhebliche Menge zugrunde geht in Wälder und in den Holzindustrieunternehmen. Daneben die Holzabfälle verschmutzt die Umgebung.

Die Verwendung und Verwertung der Feuerholz und Holzabschnitte ist gelöst (Bevölkerung, Industrie, Kraftwerke), aber Fertigung der wirtschaftlich verwendbaren energetische Rohmaterial ist nur durch neue technischen Entwicklung möglich.

Die unter Entwicklung stehende Holzbeiprodukt-Verarbeitungsmaschine ist eine Mobil Fabrik, die Pressholz unabhängig von dem Wassergehalt der irgendeine (sogar 50%) Holzbeiprodukt abweichend von der bisherigen Praktik an Ort und Stelle kann gefertigt werden, die wirtschaftlich lieferbar, lagerfähig sowie verwendbar ist. Die Lösung ist Patentfähig. Voraussichtlich wird mehrere Patente in dem Entwicklungsprozess entsteht.

Wir suchen Partners, Verwender und Investoren für die Entwicklung und Serienfertigung. Voraussichtlich kann die durch die Entwicklung gefertigte Anlage in einer Menge von 10-30/Jahr serienmäßig produzieren und verkaufen.
Die Verwender sind horstwirtschaftliche und Holzverarbeitende Unternehmen und energetische und Energieplantage habende Firmen.
